Order Return Policy

To return an order, please contact us through our website or by sending an email to returns@lunoor.com to receive a return authorization number.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the product to request a return and receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the error was on our part – in that case, we cover all return costs.

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Order Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective – so we can review and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Undelivered Products
Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages that are not delivered, returned, or not collected – except in cases where the issue is caused by our company.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@lunoor.com.
