If I place an order at Lunoor, how long does it take for the products to arrive?
Lunoor offers the following delivery options:
• Standard Intex Courier: The product arrives at your address within Albania in 48–72 hours from the moment the order is completed.
• Standard Kosovo: The product arrives at your address within Albania in 3–4 days from the moment the order is completed.
• Standard North Macedonia: The product arrives at your address within Albania in 5-7 Days from the moment the order is completed.
How is the delivery time calculated?
The delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is verified, and you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed. Exceptions apply to specific cases that need to be reviewed by our relevant teams, where you will receive an email or phone call with more detailed information.
What should I do if I wasn’t able to answer the courier for order delivery?
The courier may try to contact you more than once during the day for delivery, and they may also use other communication channels such as SMS or WhatsApp. To ensure delivery, we kindly ask you to contact customer service.
Until what time is delivery carried out?
Deliveries are made until 17:00.
Do you deliver on weekends?
On Sundays, we do not deliver orders; however, on Saturdays our courier partner is active and can deliver orders prepared during business days.
When can an order be delayed?
Some reasons why an order may be delayed include:
• The address is incorrect.
• If we have called you to confirm the order and you did not answer, the order will be canceled, and you will be notified via email.
• The full address was not provided.
